Shipping Policy & Delivery Schedule

After your payment is authorized and verified, it can take up to 1 business day for orders to be processed. Please allow 1-2 business days for your tracking details to update. 

All of the orders are delivered Monday to Friday between 10am to 6pm depending on location and capacity of our logistic partner .


Due to covid-19 and the surge of online purchases and digital platforms in the market from covid-19, there is an expected delay to certain deliveries and normal schedule may be disrupted. We are currently working within our best efforts with our partners to ensure our parcels are delivered safely and timely but your patience is much appreciated in this time of pandemic.

  • Deliveries within Peninsular Malaysia takes 3-7 business days subject to our logistic partner's delivery schedule and capacity. Our logistic partner includes GDEX, Poslaju and DHL.
  • Deliveries within East Malaysia,takes between 7-21 business days. The longer waiting time is often due to limited capacity & shortages of delivery partners in Sabah & Sarawak.
  • Same day delivery option within Klang Valley ONLY. Please note following areas under Klang Valley, however is NOT COVERED :
    • Banting, Dengkil, Gombak, Jenjarom, K.Selangor, Rawang ,Sekinchan, Semenyih.
    • Daily cut off time is 1PM, all orders past 1PM will be fulfilled on the next day via GrabCar service.
    • Please ensure there is somebody at the specified address when you select Same Day Delivery option with us and take note on the delivery days.
    • Deliveries are done only Mon to Fri, Public Holidays and weekend orders will be sent in next working day ie. Monday.


Online purchases are eligible for refund only by online store credit from total value of refund.

  • Damaged items must be emailed/reported within 48 hrs upon receival 
  • Defect items can be exchanged or replaced within 30 days but no cash refund will be made, only store credit. Applicable to electronic items, ONLY.
  • Change of mind on items will not be entertained and no cash refund will be made.
  • Change of size or colour is possible with terms and conditions and the full cost of shipping (back to warehouse and resend fee) must be borne by the buyer.
  • All SALE and promotional-priced items are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable

The goods are the customer's responsibility until they have reached our warehouse. Please ensure returned items are packaged properly in order to avoid damages. This includes the boxes, packaging and tags. RYO Lifestyle will not be responsible for any items that are returned with damage.

Import Duty & Taxes

Import Duty & VAT Will be an additional cost for some countries. We will not take responsibility for any additional cost incurred that is subjected to your countries import rules and regulations.
